Mark holds the position of Director, Advisor Relations at October Three where he is focused on working directly with senior leadership on the execution of strategic initiatives. Mark plays an integral role in advancing relationships with retirement plan consultants, wealth advisors and intermediaries as October Three continues to provide innovative solutions in the marketplace.

Mark has over 30 years of industry experience. Based on his experience, Mark brings a unique perspective and industry knowledge to October Three. His career has included working for prominent consulting firms within the retirement plan industry. During that time, he has been responsible for practice leadership, business development, advisory, directing strategic initiatives, project management, fostering provider relations, conducting outsourcing provider evaluations and client relationship management. Mark has worked across multiple industries.

Mark’s leadership experience in retirement plan consulting allows him to offer advisors guidance to understand Cash Balance and Pension elevating the level of service and expanding the solutions advisors bring to plan sponsors.

Mark graduated with a B.S. in Finance and an MBA in Operations Management holding both degrees from DePaul University in Chicago. Mark is fluent in Polish and resides in October Three’s Chicago office.
