Meet Our Team

Jill is a consultant with October Three’s Annuity Services Practice and is focused on providing retirement plan sponsors risk mitigation solutions. She works directly with plan sponsors, actuaries, and pension attorneys, as well as the highest rated insurance companies, to provide competitive and custom designed solutions for the settlement of pension plan liabilities in compliance with DOL, IRS, and PBGC requirements. Jill is responsible for new business development and client relationship management relating to pension risk transfer (de-risking) and plan terminations.

Prior to joining October Three, Jill worked for more than 10 years in the insurance industry, most recently, with a firm specialized in discharging pension plan liability. She has played an integral part in the wind up of numerous qualified defined benefit plans of all sizes.

Jill is a graduate of Moravian College, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government. She also holds a health and life insurance license in her resident state of Georgia.
