Meet The Team

Allegra Barrett is a member of the actuarial consulting team and has extensive experience as a consulting actuary specializing in pension and other post-employment benefit plans. She has worked with numerous Fortune 1000 companies in the healthcare, aerospace and defense, transportation, manufacturing, professional services and non-profit industries. She partners with clients to provide strategic advice around retirement plan design, settlement solutions, union negotiations and accounting and financing issues. She was drawn to October Three's optimistic and innovative outlook on the future of the retirement industry and enjoys coming up with creative solutions to client challenges.

Outside of work, Allegra is passionate about hiking, cooking and traveling. She has been to over 25 countries and counting.

Allegra graduated magna cum laude from Clemson University with a B.S. in mathematical sciences. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and an enrolled actuary under ERISA. She began her career with WTW in 2015 before joining October Three in 2024.
