Meet The Team

Charlotte has a bachelor’s degree in English from Anderson University and ten years of experience in marketing, most with various marketing agencies. In her early career, she wore many hats including email marketing, social media, SEO, paid media, PR, and more. What differentiates her from other marketers is the addition of her particular expertise in paid media and her ability to manage and execute various, complex campaigns with precision for maximum ROAS. She’s applied this expertise in many industries over the years with great success, including automotive, banking and finance, staffing, higher education, manufacturing and logistics, technology, and more.

She came to work for October Three because she was looking for an opportunity to work with a team that can move faster and be more agile than large global corporations. She had also worked on the same team with an employee here previously and enjoyed working with them and trusted their judgment. She manages October Three’s paid media and SEO, bringing much of it in-house both for cost savings and for improved performance. While she is passionate about her work, her spare time is spent tirelessly reading books, gardening (year-round between flower beds, raised garden beds and her greenhouse), and spending time with her husband, son, and their six (yes, six) pets.
