Mark holds the position of Director, Advisor Relations at October Three where he is focused on working directly with senior leadership on the execution of strategic initiatives. Mark plays an integral role in advancing relationships with retirement plan advisors, participates in our total retirement practice, in addition to leading administrative consulting efforts here as October Three continues to provide innovative solutions that maximize the value of our client’s retirement programs.

Mark has over 25 years of experience in the retirement benefit outsourcing delivery environment. Based on his experience, Mark brings a unique perspective and industry knowledge to October Three. His career has included working for prominent consulting firms within the retirement plan industry. During that time, he has been responsible for practice leadership, business development, directing strategic initiatives, project management, fostering provider relations, conducting outsourcing provider evaluations and client relationship management. Mark has worked directly with senior level executives and outsourcing professionals across multiple industries.

His leadership experience in retirement plan administration and consulting allows Mark to offer clients a comprehensive understanding of the retirement provider marketplace, the proficiency to evaluate outsourcing delivery models and the ability to elevate the level of service that retirement plan sponsors are seeking.

Mark graduated with a B.S. in Finance and an MBA in Operations Management holding both degrees from DePaul University in Chicago. Mark is fluent in Polish and will reside in October Three’s Chicago office.
